You'll be the main contact for our eco-stay partners, from onboarding and the Sustainability Pledge through to growing bookings together.
What you'll do
- Onboard new eco-stays and guide them through the pledge
- Run regular performance and impact reviews
- Spot growth opportunities across your portfolio
- Feed partner insights back to product
What you'll need
- 3+ years in account management or hospitality
- Fluent English; Thai is a strong plus
- Genuine interest in sustainable tourism
- Organized and comfortable with data
