Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wookco website, apps and services (the "Platform"), operated by Wookco Inc., a company incorporated in the United States ("Wookco", "we", "us").

By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

Wookco operates as a marketplace platform connecting travelers with verified eco-friendly providers ("Partners") of tours, stays and transfers.

Partners are independent businesses and are responsible for delivering the experiences they list. Wookco verifies sustainability claims through its published carbon methodology but is not the provider of the travel service itself.

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and booking reference. Prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers such as Stripe and Omise. Wookco does not store full card numbers.

• You must provide accurate traveler details.
• Carbon and impact figures shown are estimates based on our public methodology.

Each listing shows its cancellation policy before you book. Under our flexible policy, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start time receive a full refund unless stated otherwise.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and payment gateway.

If a Partner cancels, you will receive a full refund or an equivalent alternative.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless local consumer law gives you other rights.
