You'll join the founding team as a strategic partner with real ownership. Pick your lane — technical, growth or operations — or blend all three, and help scale Wookco from Southeast Asia to a global low-carbon travel standard.
What you'll do
- Take co-ownership of a core pillar of the business: product & technology, growth, or operations
- Shape company strategy, priorities and culture alongside the founding team
- Build and lead your function as Wookco scales internationally
- Represent Wookco with partners, investors and the sustainability community
What you'll need
- Entrepreneurial drive and the resilience of an early-stage founder
- Deep strength in at least one of: engineering, growth marketing or operations
- Alignment with Wookco's mission to make low-carbon travel the obvious choice
- Comfort with equity-based compensation and the realities of a startup
