The winery visit is unavailable on Sundays, but the wine tasting will be offered at an alternate location.

During the winter season, access to the lagoon’s shore is restricted due to a preventive closure by Hotel Portillo, due to heavy snowfall.

From June to October, lunch at Hotel Portillo is not available on Saturdays, so lunch will be provided at an alternative restaurant.

If you’re staying in downtown Santiago, Providencia, Vitacura, Las Condes, or Lastarria, we’ll pick you up right from your accommodation. No worries if you’re outside these areas; we’ll arrange an easily accessible meeting point nearby.
