After pickup at your hotel (approx 08.00) you will drive by minivan or taxi down to the legendary Chao Phraya River, which cuts through Bangkok. The river is still of vital importance for transport and trade in Thailand, which you will see in the apparent chaos of big and small boats as they skillfully avoid each other on the busy river.

You can see part of Bangkok’s skyline from the sea side, before we sail up the narrow canals, looking into people’s basic living rooms, built on stilts in the water. Many of the rich villagers are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and have moved out on the canals, where there are only a few cars. The mailman even arrives by boat. We continue to Thailand’s main attraction, the Grand Palace. From an urban perspective, it may seem small, but it is believed that a great power is flowing from here, protecting all of Thailand.Thailand’s largest temple complex, Wat Po, is located south of Wat Phra Kaeo. It is an exciting and overwhelming place filled with history, meditation. It is a very lively place. The area consists of a independent temple city of monk houses, religious buildings and hundreds of Buddha statues. The most famous statue is the resting golden Buddha, which measures 46 meters in length and 15 meters in height.After a day with rich experiences you will be taken back to your hotel. The trip lasts approximately six hours but just like the pickup time, it can be adjusted individually.ven though you might not like fish, there is plenty of street life to experience and not only fish are being offered. Again, it is all about leaning back and enjoying the ride while you are being driven around the local area. A really nice ride where we, among other things, pass several Chinese temples. It is again a five-minute boat ride back to where the train to Bangkok will depart soon. Expected arrival at the train station is 4-5 pm. The trip ends at the Skytrain Station from which there are a few stops to the Chao Phraya River.
