Transfers are available for hotels in central Bangkok (Sukhumvit, Silom, and Pratunam areas). Additional fees apply for pickups outside these areas.

Accommodation during the tour is basic: tents and floating villas have no air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, or hot water, and Jungle Rafts use eco-friendly lighting (no electricity).

The itinerary may change due to traffic or unforeseen conditions, so plan onward travel accordingly.

Bring sunglasses, a hat, and high-SPF sunscreen for outdoor activities.

Transfers are limited to Sukhumvit (Soi 1 – 33), Silom, and Pratunam areas within the central business district. Additional charges apply for regions outside these areas.

Day 1: Bangkok to Kanchanaburi – The Floathouse River Kwai

Your journey begins with a morning pickup from your Bangkok hotel, setting off towards the scenic Kanchanaburi province. Upon arrival, dive into the history of the infamous Thailand-Burma Railway at the interactive Thailand-Burma Railway Centre. Pay respects at the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery, a somber memorial for the Allied POWs who lost their lives during WWII. Then, visit the iconic Bridge over the River Kwai, a symbol of the war’s tragic past. Enjoy a local lunch before heading to the Hellfire Pass Interpretive Centre, where you’ll take a moving walk along the Hellfire Pass Memorial Trail. In the evening, relax at the Hintok River Camp, nestled in nature, with a BBQ dinner awaiting you under the stars.

Day 2: Mon Tribal Village – Mon Chat – The FloatHouse River Kwai

After a hearty breakfast, embark on a scenic long-tail boat ride to the Mon Tribal Village. Immerse yourself in the local culture as you engage in storytelling, witness the traditional Mon dance, and explore key sites such as the Golden Rock, Buddha Image Cave, and the village school. Learn about the Mon people’s rich heritage, try on a traditional Mon "Sa-rong," and discover the art of making Tanaka powder, known for its natural cosmetic and healing properties. Take a leisurely jungle walk along the riverbank to enjoy breathtaking views of the River Kwai. Later, journey by boat to the serene FloatHouse River Kwai, where you'll check in and enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, explore the lush botanical beauty of the Palmetun of the River Kwai or take a dip in the refreshing Palm swimming pool. End the day with a relaxing dinner and an overnight stay in your floating villa.

Day 3: The FloatHouse River Kwai – Bangkok

Start your morning at your own pace, with time to relax or opt for a traditional Thai massage (at an additional cost). After breakfast, check out by 11:00 AM and take a scenic long-tail boat ride to Phu Takien Pier. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before boarding the historic Death Railway Train for a memorable ride along the original wooden viaducts built by Allied POWs.

Back to bangkok

In the afternoon, you'll make your way back to Bangkok, arriving around 6:00 PM, with transfers back to your hotel.
