Joining Wookco is completely free. There are no registration or monthly subscription fees. We only earn a commission when you successfuly receive a booking, ensuring our goals are perfectly aligned with your business growth.
How and when will I receive payments for my bookings?
We prioritize your cash flow. Wookco provides direct payouts to your registered account within 24 hours after a booking is confirmed. The amount transferred will be your net earnings after the agreed commission has been deducted.
What is the "True Impact Certification" and how do I get it?
It is a verified badge that showcases the social and environmental contributions of your tours. Once you list your experience and provide evidence of your impact activities, our team will review and issue the certification to be displayed on your profile.
What happens if a customer cancels their booking?
Refunds are processed based on your specific cancellation policy. However, please note that Wookco’s commission is non-refundable. In the event of a full refund to the customer, the partner is responsible for covering the commission portion that was already processed.
Can I join Wookco if I am an individual or a small community group?
